The Demand: Work at the Office or Get Fired

The coffee chain Starbucks has grown tired of employees who want to work from home to a too great extent. Now Starbucks is demanding that employees work at least three days a week at the office, otherwise the employees risk being fired, according to internal documents that the financial newspaper Wall Street Journal has gained access to.

At the same time, however, the newly appointed CEO Brian Niccol has negotiated a hybrid solution where he remains and works from southern California while commuting to Seattle with the company's private plane.
