The boat manufacturer Nimbus' board has decided to make a new issue, which means that the shareholders will contribute 356 million kronor. The issue is guaranteed by the larger owners.
The money will, among other things, be used for new acquisitions and simultaneously strengthen the company's financial position.
Nimbus had revenues of 1 345 million kronor for the first three quarters of the year.
