The suspected dangerous object that a police patrol discovered in Ronna center in Södertälje on Thursday evening was harmless, reports P4 Stockholm.
The police cordoned off a large area, which included a parking lot, among other things.
The national bomb squad was also called to the scene, which could confirm that the object was harmless.
All cordons have been lifted.
