A lot of sunshine mixed with clouds and local showers.

This is how the meteorologist describes the weekend's weather forecast.

Friday will be sunny in some areas and in other areas, there will be more variable cloudiness, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 25 degrees.

In the north tomorrow (Friday), it will be more cloudy, with periods of heavy cloudiness and showers in several areas. The temperature will be slightly lower, around 15 to 20 degrees, and in the mountainous regions, it will be even lower, says Sofia Söderberg, meteorologist at SMHI.

However, during the weekend, there will be more sunshine overall across the country.

But, it will also be mixed with clouds in some areas during the days and local showers.

Söderberg emphasizes that it will also get warmer in the northern part of the country during the weekend. In general, the temperatures will range from 20 to 25 degrees, and in the northern mountainous regions, 15 to 20 degrees.

There will also be no wind to speak of, according to Söderberg.

It will be generally quite calm in terms of wind. Maybe it can start to pick up a bit on Sunday, but then it's just moderate wind.
