Parts of the Ukrainian port city of Odessa are without power and heat after a Russian attack on Tuesday evening, according to the city's mayor Hennadij Truchanov.
14 schools, 13 preschools, and a large residential area with over 500 houses are without power and heat, according to the mayor. A children's clinic and a daycare center are also reported to have been damaged in the attack.
At least one person has been injured and is receiving care. Schools that have been affected will be closed during the day, according to the mayor.
