No other actor has flagged any incidents with significant impact on the election. Only hours remain until the first states close their polling stations and according to AP, the voting has generally gone smoothly.
Despite opinion polls showing an incredibly even standing between the Republicans' Trump and the Democrats' Kamala Harris, it was a confident Trump who voted at his polling station in Palm Beach, Florida earlier in the day.
It's not even going to be close, said Trump about the election result, according to several American media outlets.

Trump: Will be the first to concede
Trump, who has questioned the election result in 2020 when Joe Biden won, says that a "fair election" is a prerequisite for him to concede defeat.

Kamala Harris sent her vote to her home state of California by mail over the weekend, and instead surprised volunteers with a visit to the Democrats' headquarters in the capital Washington on election day.
Both candidates have urged their supporters on social media to vote until the very end.
Aside from isolated reports of occasional problems that often occur during American elections – including long queues and technical issues – the election has so far proceeded without major problems, according to AP.
Cait Conley at the agency for cyber and infrastructure security said at a press conference during the afternoon that there have been no "significant events on a national level that affect the security of our election infrastructure".
FBI: Multiple bomb threats
The federal police FBI announces, however, that there have been bomb threats against polling stations in several American states, "many of which appear to come from Russian email domains. None of the threats have so far been deemed credible", according to the FBI in a statement.
Several polling stations in the state of Georgia are reported to need to apply for extended opening hours due to disruptions caused by false bomb threats.
