A user of the home care service in Malmö did not receive help with laundry and cleaning for several months. The person was later found dead in their home.
The Health, Care and Welfare Committee in the municipality is now reporting itself to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (Ivo), reports SVT News Skåne.

The user received a visit from the home care service in July this year. After that, the person was supposed to receive visits every other week. But it wasn't until September, and then the person was found dead.
