Update: Nordnet.se is up and running as normal again
According to Johan Tidestad, Communications Manager at Nordnet, the company has received reports that customers have seen other people's account information when logging in. It is still unclear whether it was possible to perform transactions on other people's accounts.
"We deeply regret this and are now allocating all resources to investigate the problem. Customers can still contact our customer service to place orders or get information about their account," says Tidestad to Aftonbladet.
Not a hacker attack
Stock falls - Nordnet denies hacker attack In connection with the incident, Nordnet's stock has fallen by over 6% at 1:55 pm. Despite the security issues, Nordnet emphasizes that it is not a hacker attack.
"We are currently investigating the matter, and everything is now locked. We are taking all possible security measures," says Jonas Melander, Press Chief at Nordnet Denmark, to Ekstrabladet.

On the X platform, Nordnet has announced that they are working to resolve the technical issues as quickly as possible. However, there is currently no forecast for availability.
Customers can place orders via phone call
News agency Finwire reports that customers can still call customer service and brokers to place orders or get help with other matters.
According to a customer who spoke to Aftonbladet, they logged in to Nordnet during the morning and ended up on someone else's account with several million kronor. The customer describes the experience as uncomfortable and says it looked like transactions could have been performed.
Nordnet continues its internal investigation and will provide ongoing updates.
