Streaming giant Spotify is raising prices, writes Dagens Industri. For Spotify Premium, this means an increase of 10 kronor to 129 kronor per month, while Spotify Duo and Family are increased by 20 kronor per month. Spotify Student becomes 5 kronor more expensive.

According to the newspaper, this is the first time since 2023 that the streaming service has raised prices in Sweden.

A week ago, Spotify reported a worse operating result than expected and made a loss during the second quarter. At the same time, the number of monthly users increased to 696 million during the quarter.
