During the weekend, it has been quite slippery in many places around Sweden when a snowfall area turned into rain or freezing rain.
While it was worst in most places on Saturday, the danger is not over in the far north of the country.
On Sunday, the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute issued a new yellow warning for sudden ice slipperiness in Norrbotten's coastal areas and parts of southern Lapland, from Pajala in the north to Storuman in the south.
The warning applies from lunchtime to 6 pm on Sunday evening.
The weather also poses a risk of delays or cancelled departures in public transportation, and car drivers are advised to drive cautiously and adjust their speed to the road conditions.
