Referring to information that has emerged through secret wiretapping in an apartment, the prosecutor claims that it was the 21-year-old who held the weapon and shot.
The 21-year-old murder suspect sets himself up as the perpetrator of the murder in the conversation. The investigation shows that he is the network's clear leader who has the final say, even though he discusses the assignments with others, says prosecutor Tommy Sköld to Smålandsposten.
According to the prosecutor, there are several possible motives behind the deed, reports P4 Kronoberg. The man who was murdered had previously reported to the police that he had been robbed by individuals in the criminal network. He is also said to have sold drugs himself.
It's something the network has wanted to get rid of, other sellers simply, says the prosecutor to the radio.
The 21-year-old network leader has previously been convicted of serious drug offenses, serious weapons offenses, and accessory to murder for a murder assignment in Stockholm – also this as a result of the secret wiretapping in the network's apartment.
