Saltå Kvarn is recalling Flour 1.25 kilo with best before date 2025-04-03.
This after elevated levels of the mold toxin Ochratoxin A were found in the flour. The levels identified are, according to Saltå Kvarn, not associated with health risks at normal consumption, but the product is being recalled as a precautionary measure.
Ochratoxin A is a substance that can form during storage of, among other things, grains.
