A 19-year-old man has been arrested for aiding and abetting the murders of the two British citizens found dead in a burnt-out car in Malmö in July.
"The investigation is continuing both here in Sweden and in the UK with interrogations, technical investigations, collection and analysis of digital evidence and other measures," says senior prosecutor Magnus Pettersson in a press release.
It was on July 14 this year that two people were found dead in a car in an industrial area in Malmö. Shortly afterwards, two Britons were reported missing in Sweden.
The police had an early theory that the dead people in the car were the two Britons, but the final identification was delayed until mid-August.
