Lucas Bergvall misses the national football team's Thursday training in Marbella due to illness. It is unclear whether the midfielder risks not being able to start in Saturday's international match away against Luxembourg.

Let's wait and see. It can't be said now. He is in good hands, says national team captain Jon Dahl Tomasson to the media on site in Spain.

The 19-year-old Tottenham talent is staying at the player hotel and is in his room, according to Tomasson.

The Dane had previously said during the gathering that Bergvall is intended to start, for the first time in a match with the A-national team, away against Luxembourg in two days.

I'll just play like I did at Tottenham, do what I'm good at and contribute to the team, Bergvall said earlier.
