In June, Brighton confirmed that there will be no further play in the club for national team player Emma Kullberg, after her contract had expired.
Now it is clear which club will be her next.
The 32-year-old is switching England and the Super League for Italy and Serie A. Her next stop is called Juventus.
"My first feeling is that everything is beautiful here. It's a club that knows how to make you feel welcome, and that with the utmost professionalism. I'm excited, you can see that it's a top club, but what I've always thought about is how united Juventus is. Like a big family, where everyone takes care of each other. I long to become a part of that", says Kullberg to the club's website.
Thus, she will become teammates with Hanna Bennison, who also left England for Juventus earlier this summer.
The contract is written until the summer of 2025.
