"We are very happy to get Oscar to us, who despite his young age is very accomplished. Together we will work hard to get the most out of his potential", says the men's team's sports manager Thomas Berntsen to the club's website.
The 22-year-old was a big part of the attacking line that took BK Häcken to their first national championship gold in the 2022 season. But during the summer of 2023, the winger tested his wings abroad and left for play in the Dutch top league, Eredivisie with Excelsior.
Since then, the club has been relegated to the second division, and now Uddenäs is returning home.
"It feels very good to be here. AIK is one of Sweden's and the Nordic countries' largest clubs and I look very much forward to helping the club win matches – and also in the future being able to contribute to the team winning titles", says Oscar Uddenäs to the club's website.
The loan extends until June 30, 2025, and includes a purchase option.
