Tickets to next year's edition of the Glastonbury Festival, which takes place on June 25-29, sold out in 35 minutes.
The tickets were released at 10 am Swedish time on Sunday morning and were sold out by 10.35 am, according to the festival's Twitter account. The standard price for a ticket was approximately 378 pounds, including service fee, which corresponds to around 5,200 Swedish kronor.
Over 200,000 people – with a majority bringing tents – are expected to attend the festival in Somerset in southwestern England, which this year was headlined by, among others, Dua Lipa and Coldplay.
Glastonbury is planning a traditional break in 2026 to allow the land where the festival takes place to recover.
