Four people were taken to hospital by ambulance after a head-on collision between two cars on highway 83 outside Järvsö in Hälsingland.
The accident occurred at around 6 pm on Christmas Day when one of the two vehicles crossed into the oncoming lane.
What was initially stated when the patrol was on site was that no one seemed to be seriously injured, says Daniel Winge, police officer.
The accident is being investigated as reckless driving and causing bodily harm.
