The former NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has got a new job – now as leader of the international security conference in Munich.
”It is a great honor for me”, writes Jens Stoltenberg on X.
Stoltenberg was NATO's Secretary-General between 2014 and 2024. He has also been Norway's Prime Minister for a total of ten years in two periods between 2000 and 2013.
The Norwegian will take up his new role at the turn of the year.
”Few international platforms are as important as MSC for promoting conflict-preventing dialogue and international cooperation”, says Stoltenberg in a statement.
