On the consumer magazine's list, companies are ranked as the worst at following the National Board for Consumer Complaints' (ARN) decisions in disputes between companies and consumers.
The list is topped by the Chinese clothing giant Shein, which has 23 cases with ARN. In all cases except one, the company has failed to respond to ARN. Shein states in a comment to Råd & rön that the company has technical problems and that is the reason why the decisions have not been followed.
Closely followed on the list are Ryanair, Turkish Airlines, Asos, and Zula Stockholm.
In addition to a record number of companies on the list, the number of cases is also record-high. It involves 488 cases and the companies owe their customers a total of almost twelve million kronor. The most money is owed by the electric car company Tesla, where four of their cases amount to two million kronor.
