In a new, expanded warning, the union's conflict measure targets Tesla's attempt to circumvent the previous strike, which aims to stop the delivery of the Transport Agency's registration plates to the American car company.
"We are now closing new loopholes that Tesla is using to circumvent our warning," says Seko's chairman Gabriella Lavecchia in a written comment.
The warning is directed against Postnord's and Citymail's distribution/delivery of registration plates to a number of new addresses that TM Sweden (Tesla's subsidiary) has registered with the Transport Agency.
And if Tesla continues:
"They circumvent, we close," she says.
The warning is made in sympathy with the underlying conflict – IF Metall's strike against Tesla with demands for a collective agreement. The conflict between Tesla and the unions has almost lasted a year.
The warning takes effect on October 18.
