Information about Swedish secret defense facilities may have been spread from the National Land Survey's digital e-services where the information has been available, reports Ekot
I cannot say for security reasons what type of information it concerns, but it is information that should not be openly available as it was, says Anders Lundquist, Deputy Director-General at the National Land Survey.
On May 24, the National Land Survey closed down several of its digital services after discovering that secret information had been available.
The Fortification Agency, which owns many of the defense facilities, tells Ekot that information about their properties is affected.
The Security Police are now conducting an ongoing supervision that they cannot comment on further.
The National Land Survey does not want to say to what extent information has been spread and nor when the closed-down digital services will be available again.
