Two men were arrested in connection with the discovery of a suspected dangerous object in Växjö on Tuesday evening, reports SVT Småland.
According to the police, the object was serious and is now being examined by the National Bomb Squad.
It was some kind of explosive object, says police spokesperson Thomas Johansson to SVT.
An area north of Sandsbro in Växjö municipality was cordoned off on Tuesday evening. The cordons were lifted as soon as the bomb squad was clear on the site.
