Four people have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a tree at Backaplan in Gothenburg, reports Gothenburg-Posten with reference to SOS Alarm.
It's a single-vehicle accident with a car. We're there and assisting the ambulance, says Fredrik Östlund, alarm and operations operator at the rescue service Storgöteborg, to the newspaper.
The ambulance and rescue service were alerted just before 10 pm on Friday evening. The car is said to have ended up on a tram track, which led to Västtrafik suspending traffic on parts of line 5 and 6 for an hour, according to GP.
