The President of the USA, Joe Biden, condemned at his meeting with China's President Xi Jinping in Peru that North Korean soldiers have been sent to Russia to participate in the war against Ukraine.
Biden said that it implies a dangerous expansion of Russia's illegal war against Ukraine.
