The teenager's mobile phone contained instructions on how to kill his wife. "The girl in the apartment should die. There are usually guys in the apartment and they should also die", the instruction in the mobile phone read. For this, the teenager would be rewarded with 100,000 kronor.
In the interrogation, the 22-year-old has explained that he was on his guard due to previous threats against his wife, who has relatives who have committed violent crimes for criminals.
He denies having assaulted the teenager, but is being prosecuted, among other things, because the boy's blood was found on his clothes. The police patrol that arrived reacted to the boy having facial injuries.
I assess that the evidence is sufficient. Then it's up to the court to make an assessment if the defendant claims to have acted in self-defense, says prosecutor Emma Widman to the newspaper.
