Sjöslingan is a 3.5-kilometre cultural-history walk in Årsunda, with starting points at Strandbadens camping and Årsunda hembygdsgård. Visitors follow the route and can use QR codes to read about places along the way or watch films on a phone.

At both starting points, there are QR codes and printed maps. From Strandbaden, the route goes up to the church, across Sörby burial ground, down along Gavelstigen, on to the local heritage farm and past the swimming area in Lund. Places along the way include sites associated with a children’s colony, a windmill and an amusement park. The walk is part of the “Berättelser från bygden” project.

Allow about an hour and a half if you stop at every point to read or watch the material. Visitors can start at either of the two listed locations. The stated duration is for stopping at all the points, rather than simply walking the route.
