Southern Europe’s heat wave brings rain and unstable weather to Sweden
The showers moving through many parts of Sweden are linked to the extreme heat in southern Europe. The heat wave, combined with cooler air over the Arctic, is forming low pressure over Scandinavia. That means we in Sweden are getting unstable weather, says Torbjörn Simann, meteorologist at SMHI.
