Telia terminates collaboration with teleservice company

After previously pausing its collaboration with the criticized teleservice company Effective Communication, Telia is now terminating its collaboration with the company. "Based on the information that has emerged in the media and the investigation that has been conducted, we have decided to completely terminate the collaboration with Effective Communication, which takes effect immediately", writes Roija Rafii, press chief at Telia Sweden, in an email to TT.
