How many were affected, Telia cannot answer.

It has not been completely down for everyone, but it has been a disturbance that has affected some, says Roija Rafii, press chief at Telia.

According to Downdetector, the problems started just after 6 pm. Just after 10 pm, the problems were resolved.

Roija Rafii says that it may take a while for those who had problems before everything returns to normal function again.

If you still experience that it is a bit slow or that you are not connecting, it may be a good idea to try restarting your device.

What caused the disturbances is not yet clear.

It is something that our technicians are investigating, says Roija Rafii.
