Sweden Proposes Consent Rules for Sensitive Tech in Social Services
Consent requirements should be introduced for the use of particularly integrity-sensitive technology within social services and LSS activities, according to a government inquiry. Common to this type of processing of personal data is that it is very private, says the investigator David Törngren.
