What it handles: the national public pension (income pension, premium pension and guarantee pension), the yearly orange envelope, pension forecasts, housing supplement, survivor's pension, and paying pensions to people who live abroad.

How to reach it: log in on My Pages for forecasts and payments, or call customer service. If you live outside Sweden there is a separate number and the address international@pensionsmyndigheten.se.

Where people get stuck: the payment day depends on the day of the month you were born. Pensioners abroad must send a life certificate when asked, and pensions from other countries must be declared in Sweden.
