Police: Inexplicable that more people didn't die in bombings in Sweden

Bombs loaded with kilograms of dynamite have caused havoc in Swedish residential areas on several occasions. But the leakage of civilian explosives has been plugged, and criminals are now finding it difficult to obtain such large bombs. Instead, gangs are using other methods.
