The night before October 8th last year, a severely injured man in his 30s was found outdoors in the Mariehem district of Umeå. The man later died from his injuries, which, according to the police, were caused by some form of shelter.
Last week, two men in their 20s were arrested and detained on probable suspicion of murder, reported Västerbottens-Kuriren.
The police have previously stated to the newspaper that they know that the victim was subjected to violence from two individuals.
A number of people have been detained and questioned during the investigation, suspected of involvement in the murder, but all have been released. According to VK, several of them come from the same town outside Umeå.
