Two men have been sentenced to prison after a shooting in Eskilstuna last summer, when one of the men suffered life-threatening injuries, reports P4 Sörmland.
The background was a drug deal in a bicycle storage room where the two men threatened a third man with a knife and a pistol. One of the perpetrators then shot the other by mistake, who suffered life-threatening injuries.
The shooter is sentenced to six and a half years in prison for gross negligence leading to bodily harm, gross weapons offense, and gross unlawful threats.
The other man is sentenced to one year and nine months in prison for gross unlawful threats.
One of them is also sentenced to ten years of expulsion.
