The trial for incitement against a population group against Salwan Momika and Salwan Najem will be held in January next year.
Momika and Najem were prosecuted at the end of August this year for incitement against a population group in connection with four different Koran burnings in the Stockholm area last summer.
Besides the treatment of the Koran itself during the demonstrations, such as burning it, wrapping it in pork and kicking it around on the ground, statements made on the spot were decisive for the prosecutor's assessment that they had made themselves guilty of incitement against a population group.
The evidence against the men consists mainly of video recordings from the events.
Both men deny the crime. The trial is planned to last for two days.
