An elderly man over 80 years old has died after a drowning accident in Lake Kösebo göl in Högsby municipality on Monday, reports P4 Kalmar.
The alarm came in to SOS Alarm at 2 pm after the man, for unknown reasons, ended up in the water. The rescue service got the man onto land and he was taken to hospital by ambulance, but his life could not be saved.
