Greta Thunberg was taken into custody by police after a large climate demonstration in Helsinki on Tuesday.
After giving a speech to an audience of a thousand outside the parliament building, Thunberg participated in a climate march that ended with several participants blocking traffic in a major intersection in central Helsinki through a sit-down demonstration, according to Hufvudstadsbladet.
There, Thunberg and around 30 other demonstrators were lifted away by police and taken to a waiting bus, reports Yle.
