This is Sweden's newest princess

Here is the first picture of the royal family's latest addition – Princess Ines Marie Lilian Silvia.

It was on Friday that Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip had their fourth child, a girl measuring 49 centimeters and weighing 3.6 kilos. On Saturday, a salute was fired. During Monday's council, the newborn's name was announced.

However, there was a bit of confusion when the king accidentally said "Inse" instead of Ines as the given name.

The newborn princess is the king's and queen's ninth grandchild and little sister to Prince Carl Philip's and Princess Sofia's three sons, Princes Alexander, Gabriel, and Julian.
