I couldn't write prescriptions, it took a very long time, it didn't meet the requirements, says doctor Anna-Eva Strandmark, who got to test the system before a delegation from the region.

Some things worked, others didn't. But the delegation was satisfied.

It seems like they thought it was ready to use, says Anna-Eva Strandmark.

The region tells P4 Sjuhärad that "many tests" have been done to ensure the operation of Millennium, but none in an authentic environment.

The introduction of Millennium has been paused after a chaotic first week at Södra Älvsborgs hospital in Borås.

Among other things, there were incorrect information in medical records, missing words in referral responses, and problems with acute registration. According to the region, there was a risk that patients would receive the wrong dose or medication.

The matter has been reported to, among others, the Medical Products Agency.
