The rest of the Norwegian royal family has reacted and is now announcing that they will not allow themselves to be photographed at the wedding unless other media outlets are also granted access, reports NRK.

The wedding between the princess – number four in the Norwegian line of succession – and shaman Durek Verrett is formally a private event, but interest is high both in Norway and abroad.

"It is naturally pleasing that so many wish to participate in the celebration. However, the great interest places extremely high demands on capacity, security, and logistics. We have therefore chosen to enter into an exclusive agreement with Hello Magazine for coverage of the wedding and party", writes Simon Eriksen Valvik, press officer for the wedding, in an email to Norwegian media.

Newspaper Aftenposten writes that a film team from Netflix has followed Princess Märtha Louise and Durek Verrett's preparations for the wedding. The American production company Nordic Pictures LLC is reportedly collaborating with a Norwegian production company on the documentary.
