Skanska in billion deal in Warsaw

Skanska is selling an office building in Warsaw, Poland, for 100 million euros (approximately 1.2 billion kronor), the construction company writes in a press release.

The transaction includes the P180 office building, with 32,000 square meters of office and retail space, and the buyers are Investika Real Estate Fund and Bud Holdings.
