A serious violent crime has occurred in the southern parts of Örebro. A person has been found injured.
The person has been taken to hospital care, says the police's press spokesperson Anders Dahlman.
He does not want to say what kind of injuries are involved.
The police were alerted at 18.30 on Thursday about loud bangs. Several police patrols were sent to the area and the injured person was found on the spot.
There is no information about anyone suspected being arrested.
A suspected crime scene has been cordoned off for technical investigation.
