The state-owned bank SBAB is lowering the variable mortgage rate by 0.10 percentage points. The bank is also lowering the rate on one- and two-year mortgages by 0.15 and 0.10 percentage points, respectively, the bank announces in a press release.
The reduction in mortgages with a three-month term now gives a so-called list rate of 4.22 percent. For one-year mortgages, the list rate becomes 3.67 percent, and for two-year mortgages, the rate becomes 3.41 percent.
The changes take effect on Tuesday.
