Russia's President Vladimir Putin meets North Korea's Foreign Minister Choe Son-Hui in Moscow.
"President Putin received the Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Choe Son-Hui", the Kremlin announces, publishing a video of them shaking hands before the meeting.
According to a translation, Choe thanks Putin for the meeting and conveys greetings from the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.
Choe has been in Russia for a week and promised that North Korea will stand by Russia's side until the country achieves "victory" in Ukraine.
The relationship between Russia and North Korea is in the world's spotlight after reports from, among others, the USA and South Korea that thousands of North Korean soldiers have arrived in Kursk, Russia, and are expected to be deployed in the battles against Ukraine.
Russia and North Korea entered into a pact with mutual defense guarantees last summer.
