A police officer in Värmland is being prosecuted for several crimes, including stealing a computer from the police station, writes Nya Wermlands-Tidningen.
He is also being prosecuted for computer intrusion for reading police cases in his free time and for theft. The thefts involve him being suspected of stealing goods from food stores and from an unmanned kiosk in the police station's kitchen, writes NWT.
The police officer is also suspected of driving a police car without permission despite his driver's license being revoked. He denies the crimes, writes the newspaper.
