Police investigate murder in Strömstad

The police are investigating a murder after a woman, who was previously taken to hospital after a medical incident, has died. This is reported by Strömstads Tidning.

On their website, the police write that the woman is in her 45s and is from Norway.

It was on Thursday evening that the police and ambulance were called to a campsite in Strömstad, after a woman needed hospital care. At that time, the incident was reported as a medical incident.

The woman was taken by ambulance helicopter to the hospital, where she later died.

According to the police, the circumstances surrounding the death are unclear and therefore the death is being investigated as a murder, the newspaper writes. The next of kin have been informed.
