A man who was found stuck under a tree stump in the forest outside Ulricehamn on Friday evening has died.
The stuck person had been out working in the forest on Friday but had not come home. He was reported missing and the police launched a search.
It was during the search operation that the person was found, says police spokesperson Adam Isaksson Samara to TT.
The rescue service was alerted at around 20:30 about the stuck man. Later in the evening, the police announced that his life could not be saved.
The police will file a report on a workplace accident and manslaughter.
