The crimes are said to have taken place in September, according to P4 Väst.

According to TTELA, it concerns three cases in Stockholm, Norrköping, and Västerås.

The man, who is in his 55s, has been described as an advocate for euthanasia and was arrested last autumn after a woman was found dead in Trollhättan.

Her death was initially investigated as a suicide, but the Norwegian man was later arrested on suspicion of being involved. He was still on parole after being sentenced to eight years in prison, with five years suspended, in Norway for assisting a suicide.

According to the verdict, which the man has appealed, he pressured and helped a 73-year-old Norwegian woman to take her life at a hotel outside Strömstad in 2023.

TTELA has previously also reported that the man was convicted of murdering a seven-year-old girl in Norway when he was 15 years old.
