A 31-year-old man is sentenced to more than 13 years in prison after a shooting in the Kroksbäck district of Malmö in September 2020. Four masked individuals arrived on mopeds in the evening and shots were fired in the direction of a group of people. A man was hit in the leg and the 31-year-old is convicted of attempted murder.

A 32-year-old man is sentenced to one year in prison for gross obstruction of justice. Another person is sentenced to one year in prison for gross weapons offense, writes Malmö District Court in a press release.

Most of the evidence is based on chat messages in the encrypted messaging service Sky ECC. According to the court, conversations there reveal that the 31-year-old had the intention to shoot and kill several people.
